This training option allows you to work with our elite plyometric and strength & conditioning coach. Sessions will last for 2 hours and will take place on Saturdays.
4 group sessions will allow your young athlete to participate in all around skill development training for 2 hours once a week.
Small group sessions allow each athlete to still receive hands on attention while still allowing them to participate in competitive drills to apply what they have learned during skills portion of training. Spots are limited!!!
8 group sessions will allow your young athlete to participate in all around skill development training for 2 hours twice a week.
We are offering a new program that will diversify our young players athletic ability. Not only will we be offering basketball training, but we will be including plyometric training as well as strength & conditioning with this program. This option will allow you to participate in 1 basketball training and 1 plyo/strength session each week.
The 12 session package will allow you to participate in 3 sessions per week 1 plyo/strength workout as well as two basketball training workouts.
Our premium package providing you with 16 sessions will consist of 2 basketball workouts during the week as well as 2 plyo/strength workouts.
